Endler’s guppy (dwarf guppies) – this fish has recently begun to appear in the aquariums of amateurs. Endler’s guppy was described and introduced to the world by John Endler, who discovered this fish in one of the lakes in Venezuela. Poecilia wingei is endemic to several bodies of water in Venezuela and is found nowhere else in the world in the wild. However, thanks to the lectures of its discoverer John Endler in aquarium culture, this wonderful fish is probably already widespread all over the world.
Ranchu fish
Ranchu fish is a variety of goldfish, bred by breeders in Japan supposedly two hundred to three hundred years ago. In their homeland, it is considered the top of the art of breeders. Therefore, purebred, not hybrid ranchu have a very high price. In the nineteenth century, ranchu was accidentally brought to Russia, where it was more often called maruko.

Veiltail
The Veiltail is native to Japan (Yokohama). In its homeland, it was only available to a select few. Then two pairs of this fish were presented to Rear Admiral Daniel Ammen of the United States Navy. And from there it spread all over the world.

The Comet fish is one of the earliest breeding forms of Goldfish. Some authors indicate that this breed of Goldfish was obtained in America in the 1800’s. Other authors indicate that these fish were imported to America around the same time from Japan.
Mollinesia sailing
Mollinesia sailing is distributed in fresh and brackish waters of the Yucatan Island (Mexico). In Europe they have been known since 1913. In the Soviet Union they were distributed until 1941. Re-imported into the USSR in 1950.
Black mollinesia
Black mollinesia is a viviparous aquarium fish with a peaceful disposition and original appearance. The simplicity of keeping this fish make it desirable in the general aquarium.
